Paul Laffey – President & Owner

Paul Laffey is a master carpenter with over 40 years of experience working in the residential construction industry. He grew up in Brighton and founded Built-Well Construction Company after graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associate Degree in Building Construction Technology. While running the company, he then went back to Wentworth to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology in 1981.

Fully Licensed & Insured

Paul Laffey is fully licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Construction Supervisor (License #054566).

Built-Well is registered as a Home Improvement Contractor (H.I.C. Registration #109075).

Through the State of Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards website, our credentials and records can be checked for quality assurance.
